UWIRE 100 Honoree

April 21, 2009

Uwire.com put together its second annual list of the 100 Best Student Journalists for 2009 and I made the list for the second time, having also been included on their list for 2008. It is really humbling to be included on a list like this along with such distinguished peers. This is especially an honor because I am one of only a few cartoonists on the list and one of only eight repeat honorees. Joe Weasel, CEO of UWIRE had this to say:

This is a remarkable group of journalists. Each has made a significant impact on the field already- they are talented, hard workers and gifted storytellers. Each was nominated by their peers and advisers, who recognized their potential to shape the ever-changing media industry in the coming year
